FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once your route is finished, you can mark your shift as complete. After any undelivered packages have been returned and scanned in, payment can be sent to your digital wallet that you setup during onboarding.
Delivery days vary by location but are typically Tuesday through Saturday, with some areas also delivering on Mondays.
It's easy! You'll receive a notification when new shifts are available in the BT Shift App.
We do not have a limit!
Route pay is determined by a number of factors including distance, estimated drive time, number of stops, package types, geographic characteristics, etc. Drivers that deliver efficiently and finish early receive the same route pay as drivers that are less efficient.
As driver affiliates, you're responsible for your own safety on the road, including maintaining a valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance. We support your safety by requiring you to opt into Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) during onboarding through our app. OAI provides a vital safety net for work-related injuries, as driver affiliates aren't covered by traditional workers' compensation. We also strongly encourage safe driving and regular vehicle maintenance.
